At PDFFILZ, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If PDFFILZ Pro is not what you expected, you can request a refund within 30 days of your order date.

We offer a full refund for all Pro subscriptions and lifetime purchases made within the last 30 days. No complicated conditions — if you are not satisfied, you get your money back.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. The fastest way to request a refund is through Paddle's customer portal at paddle.net. You can also email us at support@pdffilz.com with your Paddle receipt and we will forward the request for you.
What happens after a refund
Once your refund is approved, Paddle will return the money to your original payment method. Your Pro access will be downgraded to the free plan when the refund is finalized. You can keep using the free tools with no limit on your account.
